The hotel is well located, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are very small, and the soundproofing is terrible. You can hear almost everything from the neighboring rooms — literally even someone brushing their teeth. On top of that, there is an unpleasant sewer smell coming from the bathroom.
Allahumma barik lakum, nice staff, very cleanly, everywhere is closeby, and fantastic cheesecake.
Only complaint would be the breakfast is too good for a non-breakfast guy like me.
But yea, jokes aside, nice trip to Türkiye supported by a nice hotel choice.
Just make sure to be out exploring the city Inshaallah.

An excellent hotel with a great location. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and I would especially like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the young lady at the reception desk and during breakfast service. They answered all our questions in detail and provided useful guidance throughout our stay. They also offered well-organized tour options, but if you prefer exploring on your own, they are happy to recommend the best routes and places to visit. The room was cleaned daily, and everything was maintained perfectly. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.
I have stayed at many hotels across Turkey, but I can confidently say that this has been the best experience by far. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect.

The breakfast was excellent and offered a great variety of delicious options. To top it all off, the hotel features a stunning view that made my stay even more memorable.

If I could give this hotel a zero I would, the only good thing was the rooftop and that’s about it.
The room was not as pictured, very tight access so if you have someone who has a disability or health issues incase of emergencies it would be hard for them.
There was a weird smell and the beds created itchiness when we first arrived.
They were also quite stingy with water and toilet paper compared to other hotels and would only give out a two for free and then you have to pay, while most other 4 or 5 star hotels give unlimited water for
Free.
The kettle that was provided was constantly dirty and burnt at the bottom.
Not sure how they are a 4.5 star hotel while missing the core aspects of what makes it a 4 star hotel compared to others.
Not to mention next door to us on a few nights we had people screaming very loudly at night which is not acceptable.
