One of the best affordable hotels in turkey, Muslim is one of the best receptionist I've ever dealt with he is very nice with everyone and he do whatever you want immediately without any delay. madam Fairuz is very kind and helpful too, if you want to enjoy turkey you can book here everything is near by metro supermarkets etc...
Stay away. Disgusting hotel, felt extremely violated and deceived by the 4star rating that loveholidays.com gave this hotel. Peeling wallpaper, mold everywhere, no curtains, the list is endless. The hotel is a far cry from the deceiving, glossy photos that were advertised. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Definitely not the ‘family friendly’ hotel that it is advertised as.
We arrived expecting a 4-star hotel but were shocked to find it listed as 1 star on arrival. The property felt unsafe and completely unlike what was advertised, particularly not somewhere we felt safe as women. We left immediately and paid extra for alternative accommodation, causing major stress, additional taxi costs, and disruption to our transfers and tours. Please do not book this accomodation!
Stayed in sinem hotel for 8 days. The staff was sometimes cold sometimes nice. The room itself is not great at all. There are stains all over the wall and there’s many electrical hazards and the tv doesn’t work due to “no signal”. The bathroom is awful!!!! There is a bad smell of sewage or a bad pipe, every time we left the bathroom door open (because it’s sliding doors) the room would stink. The staff kindly gave us extra pillows when we asked, however when we asked for more towels because our ones were all used and it has been 30 degrees so we shower everyday, they told us they can’t give us towels and to wait for cleaning day (which is every 2 days). The breakfast included is nice, nothing major, there was bread, butter, olives, cheese and cake. I would say Mediterranean style. One thing that disappointed us is that the aircon is controlled downstairs in the office so when we tried to turn on aircon in our room it wouldn’t work- this resulted us to calling downstairs to tell them to turn it on for us.
A very good Hotel . Iw I'll give it good rating cause everything important was available . Staff members Muslem and Zulekha are great.. they show great sense of hospitality . The internet is strong . Elevator is working good There is no noise outside the hotel I slept like a baby Also one little thing Emrah or emran I don't recall his name is very rude to guests . He never greets or welcome guests . He treats guetses very badly if they are homeless or beggars. This little misconvineit doesn't prevent the Hotel from getting the bet rating Thank you brother Muslem and sister Zuleikha .
