We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and our experience was very pleasant. The rooms were well maintained and clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, especially thanks to the lovely lady who greeted us and served us every day. She was so sweet and made our mornings even more enjoyable. The location was also fantastic. If I return to Istanbul, I will definitely stay here again!
We stayed at Saratoga Hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The cleanliness was outstanding throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned every day, fresh towels were provided daily, and everything was maintained to a very high standard. The room temperature was perfect, making our stay very comfortable. Both hot and cold water were available at all times without any interruptions. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The lady who prepared and served breakfast was exceptionally kind, warm, and caring. She treated us with such genuine hospitality that it felt as if our own mother was taking care of us. While the breakfast selection was not very large, the taste, freshness, and quality of the food were excellent. The hotel's location is another major advantage. It is close to all the main attractions and within easy walking distance of the tram station, making it very convenient to explore Istanbul. We were traveling with a 5-year-old child and a pregnant wife, and even then, everything was comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Saratoga Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.
The hotel has amazing location. It’s 5 min walk from main Istanbul actractions and surrounded by many cute little restaurants. Our balcony room was small but cosy and clean. But the greatest point of the hotel is the staff. Every single person working here is so helpful and nice. Kitchen team is amazing, so delicious breakfast, changing daily, with fresh products and variety. The chef is amazing lady who cares and is passionate. The reception team are all very kind, busy or not- they always found a minute to chat and gave us tips what to see or do, shout out to Sinan. Everyone in the hotel goes extra mile. We were very well cared for and we will definitely choose Saratoga again next time!
The staff here genuinely stood out . warm, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout the stay. The room was comfortable and, importantly, quiet, which isn’t always easy to find in Istanbul. Breakfast was excellent, with a solid spread that set the tone for the day. Wi-Fi worked reliably the whole time, no complaints there. Would stay again without hesitation.
Saratoga Hotel is a lovely small hotel located just off the square near the Blue Mosque. Very central but quiet and away from the crowds. Highly recommend, lovely service, great breakfast, comfy bed, clean. Nothing to dislike. As a solo traveller is is always refreshing to feel looked after by the hotel and all the staff at Saratoga were friendly and helpful with their advice on how to get around and with airport transfer.
