"Renaissance Istanbul" is an excellent choice for those looking for quality, comfort, and peace during a holiday or business trip to Istanbul. The hotel stands out for its safe environment, allowing guests to feel completely at ease throughout their stay, while its overall maintenance and cleanliness leave a very good impression. The rooms are not only impeccably clean but also extremely comfortable, designed to ensure guests can fully relax after a day spent exploring the vibrant city. Mornings start off great here as well – the hotel offers a rich and varied breakfast with a truly wide selection of dishes. The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connection, which can occasionally be a bit poor. Despite this minor drawback, it is a high-quality and comfortable hotel that leaves a positive overall impression.

Disappointing room Small room. View was of two big buildings under construction - thankfully not noisy. Location - a good 20min walk (with suitcases) from Gayrettepe station and easy bus to Besiktas. Great breakfast. Only one bedside table in the room. The bed was two pushed together, but not made as one. You could fall down the middle. Room was very hot when we arrived and took ages to get the AirCon working. Safe did not work, and we asked for it to be fixed on the first day. After three night stay it was never fixed. Toilet door won’t close. Rooftop bar has amazing views. Great lobby (with bar) where you can wait to catch next flight. Swimming pool is good but you MUST wear a swimming cap
Şöyle yazabilirsin: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An outstanding hotel that truly deserves its five-star rating. From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptional. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed quality, air conditioning, cleanliness, and overall attention to detail were excellent. The breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality food, and every area of the hotel was well-maintained. The Bosphorus view is beautiful, and the location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. What impressed me most was the consistency of the service. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. I travel frequently and have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, and Renaissance Istanbul Polat Bosphorus Hotel is definitely one of the best. I highly recommend it and will gladly stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience.
If there was a zero rating on Google I would have given this hotel that, unfortunately there isn't. The only thing clean about this place is the lobby. The hallways that lead to you rooms smell of pee, the rooms so as well. Whoever thinks this hotel deserves a 4.5 needs to revisit their Hotel choices. The service was even worse. The buffet they very graciously served was from the canned foods line in your grocery store just poured into steaming hot dishes. It gave my husband and I the worse stomach ache of our lives. Horrible, horrible, and the most horrible experience ever....
I travel a lot so ill drop an honest feedback. Rooms a bit small, mine was, but overall room quality is decent to good. The bed was very comfortable, pillows, linens overall bed comfort is 110%... service is good, staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the exec chef personally attending to guests got my attention - credit to him for that. Overal food quality was great. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant, vibrant atmosphere with dj performance. I liked it. View was just stunning overviewing the bosphorus bridge. Amazing location, great service and food. Rooms can be slightly updated to give a bit more of a cozy feel - well deserved at this great location and overall service quality.
