Exceptional service and unforgettable hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at this small, cozy hotel. The entire experience was incredibly smooth, from a welcoming check-in to a hassle-free check-out, and we thoroughly enjoyed the rich variety of delicious breakfast choices each morning. A special note of thanks must go to Mr. Salih, who truly made our stay unforgettable. After leaving for the airport, we realized we had forgotten a very precious personal item. Mr. Salih stayed in constant communication with us, quickly located the item, and immediately arranged for a taxi to deliver it to us at the airport before our flight. His outstanding commitment and willingness to help go above and beyond. We will happily return to this hotel in the future!!

There is no balcony, and the view from the window is very poor. Looking down: a dilapidated building; looking directly to the right: no view—just another dilapidated building. The hotel is a converted house located on a street. Breakfast is very limited and almost the same every day. The staff members are friendly and very helpful.
Great experience !It was my third time there. Location, breakfast and service is perfect. If you consider time is important, this hotel allows you to reach fast connections to any part of the city. Also you have a balance between price and service. I highly recommend Raymond Hotel Istanbul
The metrics in Istanbul to assign stars is unknown by me but coming from EU this hotel is not a 4 stars but 2 and a half max. Here is why... - no croissants for breakfast - laminate floor in the room was broken - water pipes visible and rusty - you can hear everything happen in other rooms Be aware that the restaurant that you see in the pictures, is not part of the hotel but it's an external company who owns it. I also been rejected twice to get up there.
I was in Istanbul in the winter of 2025 for about 5 days, together with my adult daughter. We took two rooms. I was downstairs, and she was upstairs. The room was very, very small. Only a double bed could fit. The door had a large gap, so the light was shining through like a spotlight. On the ceiling, a fire alarm light was shining very brightly all night. If you opened the window, I could see a wall and huge pipes and boxes that were constantly humming, even with the window closed. The curtains were very dusty (I wish I hadn’t touched them), the dust was literally falling off. The floor was old, like everything else: it was creaking. Absolutely all the wires were dangerously exposed and broken. The door curtains were broken. Water was leaking from a broken sewage pipe. Everything was very old, dirty, and broken. There was a small refrigerator in the room with chocolate and water, and you had to pay extra for all of it, at triple the price. Even for coffee and tea. The bedding and towels were clean, but there was sand on my sheet. Most likely, it hadn’t been changed at all before me. And everything was very noisy, not only from the neighbors but from the entire building. The breakfast was not standard European. There were a lot of different pastries and various Turkish dishes. Mostly cut into pieces and served cold. One plus was the breakfast, and the fact that you could turn on the heating in the room, because it was cold in the dining area. The hotel is in the city center, which is also a plus. But this is definitely not a 4-star hotel. Probably two stars. I do not recommend it for any money. Very bad impressions.
