Very disappointing stay. The hotel looked really different from the photos on Booking.com , the room had no window and no air conditioning, even though both were shown online. The room was also hot, stuffy, and not clean, with stains on the bedsheets and broken parts around the room.
When I reported the issues, the staff did nothing to improve them and simply told me to complain to Booking.com or sleep with my door open if I feel too hot!
They are definitely not a 4 star hotel, barely a 2 star hotel. Please reconsider when booking with them! If you don’t want to ended up like me wasting money!
The good bits. The location was good as close to Bakirköy station plus local cafés etc. Friendly reception staff.
The bad bits. The room was an extremely small single room. No storage for clothing etc. Window boarded over. Very poor cleanliness especially corners of the room and the bathroom. The shower itself was fine but the entire bathroom floor flooded.
So overall not a place I would recommend.
I stayed here for a week while I visited Istanbul for the first time. I had a wonderful stay, the hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The location was great, we were close to everything, shopping, food and taxis when we needed. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy spot for your stay. Thank you!
I stayed at Hotel rawda in Bakırköy, Istanbul, for 10 days, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel is super clean, very calm, and has such a warm atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help, and the manager Sevilay is simply amazing—she really knows how to make the place special and take care of every detail.
Everyone there is so kind, professional, and respectful; they know how to communicate well and handle anything with a smile. I felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel—honestly, not just 100%, but 1000%! If you are looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-managed place to stay in Istanbul, Rauda is the perfect choice.

Location is great, in the middle of shopping, restaurants, malls, entertainment, medical facilities with everything within few minutes walking distance.
