We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Şişli! Everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our experience.
A very special thank you to the two lovely Arabic-speaking ladies at the hotel. They were absolutely amazing, extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their friendliness and hospitality made us feel at home and made our stay even more special.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was so energetic, bubbly, friendly, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. The level of service was outstanding — professional, attentive, warm, and always delivered with a smile.
A very special thank you to **Takwa, Maroua, Hilal, and Ayla**. You were all absolutely amazing! Your kindness, positive energy, helpfulness, and attention to detail made our stay even more memorable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and you went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy.
The hotel is also in a **fantastic location**, which made everything so convenient and easy to access. Combined with the excellent hospitality, welcoming atmosphere, and wonderful team, it made for a truly enjoyable stay.
It is rare to find a team that manages to be so professional while also being so warm, cheerful, and personable. The service really stood out, and the staff are a huge credit to the hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights, 2 adults and 1 child.
The hotel is far from the bus or metro station, especially for families with kids, like us.
Our room was upgraded from superior to family, but we didn’t use the other two beds. The view from the 1st floor is not enjoyable.
In the bathroom there was no shower cabin. I guess the glass had broken and had been replaced by curtains, which let a lot of water outside when taking a shower. The handshower was leaking and the sink was very small.
The employees alof the hotel came to knock ar our door 3 times between 22-23 to give slippers and waters, which is very innapropriate.
The restaurant had good food both for breakfast or dinner. We didn't serve lunch here. The view from the terrace is nice.
There are lots of markets and street food options nearby, but we didn't try them.
My stay was wonderful, and a huge part of that was because of Hilal and Takwa. I would like to give them a special thank you for their exceptional hospitality, kindness, and attentiveness throughout my stay. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Hilal and Takwa were honestly the highlight of my stay and the main reason I had such a wonderful experience. They deserve special recognition for their outstanding service.
However, I would like to mention that the housekeeping and cleaning could have been better. The cleanliness was not quite up to the standard I expected, and I hope this can be improved in the future.
Overall, I had a lovely stay, and I’m especially grateful to Hilal and Takwa for making my experience so memorable.
Amazing hotel! Very clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located near the metro, making everything easy to reach. The buffet was excellent, generous, and varied.
A special thank you to Mustapha for his warm welcome and professionalism, and to Takwa for her smile and kindness. All the Turkish staff were incredibly welcoming, respectful, and attentive.
I highly recommend this hotel and would happily come back!
