Room is huge! Can fit for a family - it comes with a single bed, a king size bed and a sofa. What’s weird tho is their AC system - per front desk agent Mustaffa it is centralized and was set to 25 degree celcius, yes no option to lower it down to your liking. Not cold enough to my preference. Breakfast is what you’ll expect - nothing fancy but good. Thanks to Esra who stood out during breakfast as well as the restaurant reception (female staff) wasn’t able to get her name who’s - always smiling, not a common thing I guess for the rest? Hehe.

I had an amazing trip! What made it even better was meeting great people like Meret, Yasar, and Ahmet. They were so kind friendly and always ready to help. Thank you guys for making our stay so special! Next time i come to Turkey, i'll definitely stay at your hotel again ❤️
Ms. Meral Special thanks to Ms. Mer for making our stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham so special! She was always present, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that guests were happy. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a huge difference. We will definitely be returning
We are a family of two adults and two children (11 years old and 4 years old). I booked a room through a booking website for two adults and one 11-year-old child, and we stayed at the hotel for three nights without any issues. On the fourth day, a Turkish receptionist asked us to pay an extra charge because we were four guests. However, according to the hotel's own policy, children under 6 years old stay free of charge. Our younger child is only 4 years old, so this extra fee was not justified. The receptionist then called another person and spoke with them while we had to wait. After the conversation, he told us that we did not have to pay any extra charges for our current stay. However, he also said that if we decided to extend our stay for another night, we would have to pay an additional fee because we were four guests. This situation was confusing and disappointing because it was only raised after we had already stayed at the hotel for three days. I expected the hotel to apply its own stated policy consistently and treat guests fairly.
This is a 4-star hotel, but it’s mainly used by Turkish Airlines to accommodate passengers when flights are delayed or canceled, they’ll assign you a room here in those situations. The room itself was generally clean. I did notice some hair on a towel and on the bedsheets, which wasn’t ideal, but aside from that, there were no major issues. What really surprised me, though, was being placed alone in a room with three single beds 🤯🤯🤯… I genuinely don’t understand why. The hotel is quite far from both the airport and the city, so realistically, you’re just going to stay in your room with nothing else to do. As for the food, it wasn’t very appealing especially dinner. Breakfast was decent, with a few good options, but the coffee was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. And dinner? It felt like a recycling of whatever wasn’t eaten at breakfast and lunch. No one would willingly pay 4-star prices for that kind of food. Even though I got it for free, it’s still worth mentioning. I suppose there are worse places to spend a night while waiting for a flight, but beyond that, there’s really no reason to choose this hotel. Customer service, however, needs serious improvement. The staff came across as extremely rude. I’m not sure if it’s a cultural difference or simply a lack of English communication skills, but the experience wasn’t pleasant. At one point, I asked for a water refill in my room something you’d expect from any decent hotel but they told me I had to buy it because refilling bottled water in rooms is not allowed 🤯🤯🤯. Another downside: the rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear absolutely everything from neighboring rooms. And the best part? When I tried to close the bathroom door, the handle literally came off in my hand 🤣🤣🤣.
