We had an amazing experience and couldn’t have chosen a better restaurant for our last day of the holiday. The waiter Sezer was absolutely excellent — friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The food was incredible, full of flavour, and everything was beautifully presented.
We had actually chosen this restaurant from the very beginning of our holiday, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. It was the perfect way to finish our trip.
We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and would definitely return. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
Wonderful service from all staff, from the moment we arrived. The breakfast team are very attentive and willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. A big thank you to both Fatma and Barha for their patience with my lack of Turkish and great service at breakfast.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was excellent for getting around the city. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay.
A special thank you to Nursena and Ceren, who were both incredibly helpful at all times. They went above and beyond to answer any questions, assist with anything I needed, and always did so with a smile. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable. Outstanding customer service from start to finish – I would definitely stay here again.
This hotel was really good. The cleanliness, the staff and their friendliness and the breakfast/lunch was good. For the breakfast team, I love the way they had the breakfast bar set up. There were plenty of options available and healthy. My husband didn’t like the way they originally did their eggs, so he asked the team to cook his well done and it came out great! Needed some seasoning, but nothing some salt and pepper couldn’t do. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my stay in Turkey.
