We had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt Istanbul - Macka Palas. Away from the tourist parts of the city, it felt as if we were in a private oasis. I had an exceptional experience at the hotel spa. Dewi, the masseuse, recommended trying the hammam, a first for me. Dewi brings both her warmth and professionalism to the treatment, allowing for deep relaxation and enjoyment of this traditional cleansing ritual. So amazing. I followed it with a massage treatment so I was there for quite some time. The hammam room is a beautiful marble, and Dewi's presence throughout brings a sense of peace and tranquility to the experience. I highly recommend visiting the spa and treating yourself to the hammam at this hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding. A special thank you to Ümit for providing such a warm, professional, and welcoming check-in experience. We were also delighted to receive both an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our short stay even more enjoyable.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent, with the turndown service being especially thoughtful and attentive. It’s rare to see such consistent hospitality.
Our only regret is that we stayed for just one night. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Istanbul
Anyone visiting Istanbul should look no further. I always do long research before choosing hotels and this hotel exceeds all expectations. Wonderfully located, the hotel is gracious and luxurious and offers a very competitive rate compared to hotels of similar calibre in the city.
The rooms are very spacious and beautifully appointed with luxurious bathrooms, generous cupboard space, wooden floors/carpets and opening windows and french doors to allow fresh air. Practical light switches next to the bed allow for control of all lights. The breakfast is quite special with a charming lady making tradition flatbreads and a vast selection of hot breakfast choices .The bar on the roof offers beautiful views and a stylish environment. The gym is without doubt the best gym I have experienced at a hotel. Lovely pool area and a few restaurants to choose from . The foyer is lovely with added seating to relax in.
All just gracious and a very comfortable treat.
Now for the team. The best service I have had at any hotel and I have travelled the world through. My thanks to Arzu and Ebru for their kind assistance with a few requirements and their ongoing input, kindness and pure professionalism.
But to all the team, from reception, at the entrance, concierge , breakfast team, brilliant housekeeping and all the staff we had the pleasure to interact with, as a person who has been in the service industry for many decades , it was an honour to stay at your hotel and experience such exceptional professionalism, friendliness and devotion to your careers .

Park Hyatt Istanbul is simply outstanding. Ruhi at the front desk personally took us to our spa suite and gave us a full walkthrough — incredible first impression.
The attention to detail here is unmatched. During turndown service, the team noticed I was reading a book and left a personalized Park Hyatt bookmark in it. Never experienced anything like that before. Our spa suite had a private steam room — completely unique compared to any other suite we have stayed in.
Breakfast was superb — great selection, attentive service. Location is perfect for the European side of Istanbul, walking distance to high-end shopping and a short taxi ride to Kabataş tram for easy access to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and Spice Bazaar.
Beautiful spa, pool, and fitness center round out a truly complete luxury experience. If you are staying in this part of Istanbul, this is the only hotel you need. Highly recommended!
