We had a great stay at the Novotel. The all inclusive breakfast was a good buffet with plenty of choice and no issues at all. The staff were very friendly and even upgraded us to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. We were staying for my partner’s hair transplant and needed extra water, which the hotel had no problem providing. The room was cleaned well, and the view from our room was amazing. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we’d definitely recommend it.
Our stay at Novotel Istanbul Zeytinburnu was truly a wonderful experience. We enjoyed every moment, both during the day and at night, and felt very comfortable throughout our stay.
I would like to give a special thank you to Atyie, our housekeeper, who took excellent care of our room. She was always polite, friendly, and welcoming. Her warm smile and kindness truly reflected the excellent hospitality of the hotel.
I would also like to thank all the front desk staff, breakfast team, and chefs for their outstanding service and for making each day enjoyable.

Shallow Paradise.
This is actually our second time staying here, and once again, everything was wonderful. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and welcoming.
The staff are extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, and they always make you feel truly welcome. Their warm attitude really makes a difference.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. What really stood out was the excellent service the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the overall experience very enjoyable. Shout out to Ayhan for our room service.
One of the highlights of the location is its proximity to a vibrant foodie district that is within walking distance. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and local eateries nearby, creating a lively atmosphere, especially in the evenings.
The only drawback is that access to the walkable side of the park can be somewhat challenging. While the park itself is nearby, reaching the pedestrian friendly section is not as convenient as it could be and may require extra walking or navigating less direct routes.
Overall, I would happily recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and excellent location near a fantastic dining scene.
