Mukarnas Pera Hotel

From the many options we had when chosing our hotel in Istanbul, we couldnt have made a better choice!. The location is absolutely perfect, from being in the lively and exciting hub of Istikal Street and walking distance to many landmarks to having easy access to Metro and bus stations. Staff always had a smile and are very helpful. Our suite was absolutely clean and the welcome gifts and fresh fruit platters was a very pleasant and thoughtful surprise. Well done to entire team at Murkarnas Pera Hotel. We will definitely be back to explore this beautiful city some more and stay at your wonderful hotel. ❤️

I had such an amazing experience staying at Mukarnas Pera Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. The hotel was very clean, the location was perfect, and the service throughout our stay was incredible. A very special thank you to Ahmet and Yusuf! They truly made our stay so much more memorable. They were both extremely kind, respectful, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. They treated us with so much warmth that by the end of our stay, they honestly felt more like friends. Their hospitality and kindness are something my family and I will always remember. Everyone at the hotel was wonderful, If I ever come back to Istanbul, Mukarnas Pera will definitely be a place I would love to stay at again. Thank you for the beautiful memories and for making our time in Istanbul even more special. I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent service! The reception staff were very helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent close to Taksim Square, Michelin starred restaurants, and many other fine dining options. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel during a recent trip to Istanbul after comparing several hotels, and its location was one of the main reasons I chose it. Despite arriving in the early hours, I received a warm welcome. A member of staff took my luggage to my room and explained the Wi-Fi, breakfast times, and minibar. The minibar only contains two chargeable bottles of water, while a complimentary large bottle is provided daily. With plenty of nearby shops, including a Migros, this wasn't an issue. Breakfast offered a reasonable selection, although it changed very little each day. Most items were enjoyable, but some weren't to my taste, and fresh orange juice costs extra. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the shower had excellent pressure. Housekeeping was good overall, although one cleaner entered while I was in the shower, so I recommend using the "Do Not Disturb" button and door latch. I also found a stained towel once, but it was replaced. The hotel offers excursions, but they are expensive. The Bursa trip included several shopping stops where prices were high, a disappointing lunch with small portions and extra charges for drinks, and an overcrowded minibus. The guide, Yaqub, was friendly and helpful, but the return transfer stopped about five minutes from the hotel instead of outside. The evening dinner cruise was much better. Hotel transfers, dinner, unlimited soft and hot drinks, and traditional entertainment were included. Be aware that photographers charge high prices for photos, and some return drop-offs may not be directly at your hotel. The hotel's greatest strength is its location. Istiklal Street, Taksim Square, Galata Tower, Karaköy, and excellent public transport are all within walking distance. Buying an Istanbulkart made getting around simple and affordable, and I highly recommend visiting Kadıköy or Üsküdar on the Asian side for a more relaxed atmosphere. Overall, this is a comfortable hotel in an excellent location. While there are a few areas that could be improved, I would happily stay here again.
