Modus Hotel Istanbul

Worst.experience.ever. Receptionist had the worst attitude and I can’t talk about the room, I’ll start with the bathroom there was to tissue, the shampoo and conditioner was half way empty and the soap and no cap! The toilet had something inside I don’t even know what that is. The bedrooms had no working ac,beds were ripped,stains everywhere, we saw a huge spider!!!!! The lights kept on closing by itself and the fridge was broken when we came. The hallways smelled like smoke.the breakfast was tiny and had one slice of bread, the eggs were fine but they had 2 types of cheese and called it a breakfast buffet.There are no fresh juice. The manager was nice enough to change our room but we couldn’t stay another night and left the hotel immediately. We booked the hotel for 5 nights and only stayed for 1. They won’t refund our money. Don’t go to this hotel unless you want a horrible vacation!!!

An exceptional hotel in old-town Istanbul! The owner is so accomodating! Such modern rooms with amazing amenities! There was ample parking, a great breakfast buffet, and such fun and friendly people! Thank you very very much!

It’s not the best hotel in the world, but really great people work in there. Breakfast was very good ,for this price It’s a great hotel.

I’m so pleased and happy with my experience in the hotel! Perfect location near a lot of fabulous restaurants and shops, such a good service, staff are amazing so friendly and quick with any requests. Delicious breakfast and such a cozy room with the terrace on the 6th floor! I’m so glad to choose this hotel and really appreciated for all help of the staff. Highly recommend Modus Hotel to everyone who come to enjoy the city 🙌🏻
