very clean and nice staff. Abraham and Yousef both made are stay very nice. Abraham at the front desk and yousef at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was close to everything and very clean. Highly recommended this hotel. (the best part was garfield the orange cat who was always willing to accompany us to our room and cuddle).

Had a wonderful 10 day stay at Milord Hotel. Front desk Ibrahim Mustafa went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Yusuf at the hotel’s Chopped restaurant was very fun and helpful. The cleaning staff was very detailed and kind. I would go back again to the hotel as everyone made us feel so welcomed and helped us. The location was so central as well. Has a blast. Highly recommend this place.

I’ve stayed here twice in the last 2 years. I love the location and neighbourhood where the hotel is situated. The hotel itself is very modern, clean with great rooms and fantastic service. Very nice and friendly people working here. Breakfast is also amazing! Highly recommend Milord Hotel!

I wouldn’t call this a 5* hotel. It did the job for my stay but I wish the booking stated the room I booked didn’t have a view out of the window, because it was in the basement. Big disappointment as I would have booked a different room otherwise. The breakfast was terrible, no variety whatsoever, nothing seemed fresh, I tried it the first morning and didn’t return. Luckily there’s several Starbucks down the road that I used instead. When arriving into my room, there was a large hair on the bed, so I informed reception and they did change my room for me right away, which I appreciated. I do feel the rooms are quite dirty though. There was a dead fly still on the floor, my feet were mucky walking around the room, the towels weren’t fully stain free and the pillows were really uncomfortable sadly. There’s quite a bit of noise throughout the night too from people in the building and the restaurant above. The location is well connected to various amenities. Management kindly arranged my return transfer for me with no stress whatsoever, which is why it’s sad I’ve had to put so many other negatives. The entrance lobby has a cat urine smell to it. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again.
