I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, but there is something about Midtown Hotel that genuinely makes you feel at home. From the people to the atmosphere, everything feels warm and welcoming, almost like staying with family. The staff are honestly one of a kind. Everyone is so helpful, respectful, professional, and genuinely kind. They always go out of their way to help with anything you need, and you can really feel that they care about making your stay a good one. A special thank you to Mr. Ferat, Veli, Muhammet, İsmail, Serkan, İlhan, Yusuf, Naz, Ali, Sumaya, Niher, Funda and Berkan. I truly appreciate each one of you and everything you have done for us. And of course, thank you to every single member of the team, without exception. You have all made us feel welcome and looked after in the best possible way. For the price point, this hotel is a great option. The hotel is an oasis of tranquility right next to bustling Taksim Square in the heart of Istanbul. The room was adequately spacious, especially compared to other hotels where I've stayed in the same area. Breakfast was good with lots of variety and plenty of places to sit. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was totally quiet. I especially appreciated the attentive staff and how they helped me arrange a car service for some appointments around the city. This will be my go-to hotel the next time I'm back.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean, organized, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their service was excellent. The food was also delicious, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again! ⭐️ and kubra help as very well she was kind with as.
The service was excellent. Its perfectly situated, only a 1 minute walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal street. Close to public transport, The metro and Hop on/ hop off is all within the square. Lots of food places all around. The staff was friendly and helpful as well and the room cleaning service. They stored our luggage for a few hours after check out anf before we left allowing us a few more hours to explore before leaving.
★★★★★ Outstanding Stay – Couldn’t Ask for More! Me and husband stayed at this hotel for 2 nights this month and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The moment we walked through the doors, the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. They helped us check-in quickly, and even gave us a detailed tour of the room facilities. Throughout our stay, every member of staff we encountered (from housekeeping to the breakfast team) was polite, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Our room was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens and towels replaced daily. The bed was exceptionally comfortable – we both slept better than we do at home! The room was well-maintained, with modern fixtures. The bathroom was also immaculate, with good water pressure and quality toiletries provided. The breakfast spread was a real highlight. There was something for everyone – a wide selection of hot dishes like scrambled eggs, sausages, pastas and salads; fresh pastries, breads, and cereals; a variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, and cheeses; plus tea/coffee and freshly squeezed juices. The dining area was bright and clean, and staff kept everything well-stocked throughout the service hours. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and we’ll surely come back and stay at Midtown Hotel on our next visit to the city!
