The breakfast was very poor, with almost nothing to choose from. The rooms were small and smelled of cigarette smoke. The toilets were dirty and had a horrible sewage smell. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The only positive thing about this hotel was hearing the beautiful sound of the call to prayer (Adhan) from outside. Unfortunately, that was the only thing I enjoyed about my stay. I would not recommend this hotel.
Great location in Beylikduzu, near metro and shops. Fantastic and nice staff. Good value for price. Everyone tries extremely hard to help at all times. Breakfast cooks, Yarin and Fatma, are very nice and make delicious food. Maisan helps with the maid service, is very sweet and speaks great English. Basel is a great guy who helps out everywhere. Najmelldin, Toygar, and Taner at the front desk both speak passible English and will try to assist in your needs. The hotel is always full so hopefully this winter when it slows down, they can do maintenance and repairs. Alert! We paid in advance last week of August for a future stay in mid September. Because of price change starting in September, the price for rooms increased more than $20/night USD. This was not explained during checkout or check-in, although I showed them the prepaid invoice for the remaining 2 nights, but was explained ONLY at checkout on the second day. Very misleading. Standard answer was "there are festivals and trade fairs now". Please be diligent in getting clarity on pricing and make them stick to it or do not pay in advance.
Rooms smell Wifi is pretty useless not ok it’s 2026 No AC got 27c Breakfast is terrible went right at 7:30 and 9:30 food was cold because the reheat they try to make breakfast as cheap as possible and it shows it’s free and so bad not worth it unless you want some cheese. King is not a king its 2x double massive bump uncomfortable Mold in bathroom Very loud and you need to open window to survive Sauna is quite nice only bright spot
Amazing place with great staff! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is excellent. A special thanks to the reception team – they were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.
The hotel is nice and clean. Everyday the room was serviced. Location is amazing, bars,coffees ,restaurants, malls.Staff is friendly and helpful. We visit the hotel in January it was really cold and yhe air-conditioned didn't heated properly the room.I was asking for small electric heaters and blankets. I got blanked but I have been told from reception that they can't accommodate my request for heater,if I want to have one I need to visit the nearest shop and buy by my own. However the price was 1000tl. I got the heater and everything was OK,but a bit disappointed 😞. In general the the hotel it's OK 👍
