We came to Istanbul for a hassle-free holiday. I was very pleased with its location, being close to everything. Everything about the hotel was perfect. I'm so glad you exist, thank you all so much.
Great stay overall! The staff were very kind and helpful, especially the night shift luggage attendant and Abderrahmane during the day. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the location is perfect with the tramway right in front, making it easy to get around.
Points for improvement:
Breakfast was good, but could be improved with more variety (only hard-boiled eggs, no omelette or orange juice). The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and while the bed was comfortable, it was a bit small and the pillow wasn’t very comfortable.
Overall, it’s a good value for money considering the location and service.
