Their communication is extremely poor, and they are not helpful at all. They do not approach issues reasonably, nor do they make any genuine effort to find a solution. Overall, I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received.
A truly wonderful hotel experience from beginning to end. What impressed us most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, respectful, and genuinely helpful. You immediately feel welcomed and comfortable, and that positive atmosphere makes a huge difference during your stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, the quality is excellent, and the service is consistently professional and attentive. Considering the level of comfort and service, the prices are also very reasonable and offer excellent value for money. Everything about our stay left us with a very positive feeling. Good hospitality is not only about a nice room — it is about how you are treated, and the team here really understands that. A clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel with great service, fair prices and, above all, wonderful people. We had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Always stop here during long flight conndction in Istanbul. Modern, clean, comfortable room. Easy access from airport by the bus H-6 (~30mins). Many options to eat around.
The receptionists were very nice and helpful, when I arrived on 3 May the young man at the reception helped us a lot about where we could eat and do some shopping. When I left at 5 May, the driver that supposed to pick me up from the hotel didn't arrive and I panicked because it was 04:30 AM but the young woman at the reception arranged me a taxi in not time and was a lifesaver. I really regret not having their names to thank them personally. But anyway the hotel was perfect for our two nights stay.
I’ve stayed in all of the hotels in the area, and this is by far the best! Best staff and best rooms! Rooms are the same on the pictures! Get the room with the balcony as it’s nice to sit outside and enjoy a coffee and a cigarette while looking at the view. Internet on the smart tv doesn’t work but that’s in every hotel in the area including the ibis and it didn’t affect my stay at all! Breakfast is really good too! A huge thank you to both Zeynep and Umut, the receptionists on duty. I had to leave the hotel at 0500 to get a flight and though breakfast is not served until 0700 she arranged for me to get breakfast in my room at 0500! And due to my own fault I got the airport very late and ended up rebooking my flight🤦🏽♂️😂 I promptly message Umut and Zeynep and they held my room for me and extended my booking. That night Umut helped me to order a pizza for delivery by personally making the order for me! Thank you Umut! Both amazing and lovely people! They really made my stay exceptional. Laundry facilities in the hotel which is a really fast service ! But make sure you have cash as it’s a cash oniy service! Again a huge thank you to both Umut and Zeynep! I really look forward to seeing you both again! 🩵
