The hotel was walking distance from all major sightseeing attractions. We booked 3 days extra, before our tour started from the same hotel. We requested to stay in the same room beforehand, but had to move. We were not pleased with is, as we were tired and had to pack and unpack again. Breakfast was great. Staff friendly.

Highly Recommended! I highly recommend staying at this hotel. We stayed for 7 nights in two rooms. Starting with our arrival, Mr. Furkan at the reception was extremely welcoming and helpful—I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to him. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and all the facilities were of top quality. The location is excellent: very close to the T1 Tram station as well as the main M2 Metro station. The surrounding street is full of life and activities. Honestly, we spent 7 wonderful nights here. Highly recommended!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at Kent Hotel was shocking and deeply upsetting. When we checked in, we were warmly greeted by a very kind lady at reception, which initially gave us a good impression. Unfortunately, that impression was quickly destroyed by a young male staff member. The moment he saw us, his attitude was hostile and rude. Despite our luggage being only a short walk from the hotel entrance, he refused to assist us. He then refused to help bring our luggage to our room and began speaking to us in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. What was most disturbing was that he yelled at us and told us to “go back to your country” because “this is my country.” No guest should ever be spoken to this way, especially while visiting as a tourist. The situation became so intimidating that my family was genuinely frightened. My baby daughter was screaming and distressed during the confrontation, making an already stressful situation even worse. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and safe. This employee did the exact opposite. We left feeling shocked, humiliated, and unwelcome. I sincerely hope management investigates this incident and takes appropriate action, because no guest should ever be subjected to such treatment.
If you like to come to this hotel by taxi just know you're in for a nightmare. All the roads are closed and you'll have to walk at least 10 minutes to find the hotel and the staff will refuse to help you with your luggage.
I had the worst interaction with the staff of this hotel. I booked a taxi to take me to the airport and because the roads are all closed around the hotel the driver had to wait for me in a 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel I asked the receptionist to help contact the driver since I don't speak Turkish and he told me he can't do anything as I didn't book a taxi through the hotel. I asked the bell boy then to help me with two of the four bags I had with me and he refused saying it's against the rules and started yapping in Turkish. We were two women with four bags and none of the staff cared to help !! I've had a similar situation previously with other hotels and all the staff were willing to help but this hotel tries to force their guests to book a taxi through them totally unprofessional 👎🏻👎🏻
