I stayed in this hotel for 8 days and it was a horrible experience : the servants were very rude especially the receptionist when we were checking out she said " I hope I never see you again" and we were nothing but polite and kind with her we didnt want any problems . She was very rude and was mocking us . That was so childish and unprofitional . On the other side the rooms were terrible : the toilet was broken and the frigde was not working and we reclaimed to the reception and they did nothing . Besides there was a bad smell in the room . The restaurant was also bad : we had only breakfast and it was not good at all . The food tasted bad and there wasnt so much food . There was only coffe and fruits and juice and the juice was so bad . So over all, the experience was bad and i dont recomend it at all and I hope the receptionist gets fired or something

⚠️ VERY SERIOUS SECURITY CONCERN! I strongly advise people to think twice before booking this hotel. My nephew was staying at this hotel when €700 in cash went missing from his belongings. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable, especially when guests are staying inside the hotel expecting their personal belongings and money to be safe. After what happened to our family, I personally do not recommend this hotel. Anyone considering staying here should be extremely careful with their valuables. We expect the hotel management to take this incident seriously, investigate what happened, and provide a clear explanation.
The best thing in this hotel is the location in a very vital area. The breakfast was acceptable though the same breakfast was there everyday. The AC was turned off by the management to conserve electricity during a time where the temperature was too hot inside the rooms and we had to open the windows and suffer the outside noise and we weren't able to sleep well. No free water in the rooms and also no kettles for tea or coffee. The staff were nice but overally we didn't enjoy the stay.
It is not a 4-star hotel, at best it is 2,5 star. The hotel has not been renovated at all. In room there was no facilities such as electric kettle or even glass! No bin! The had only one warm soup for breakfast, no other warm breakfast! The hairdryer is toooo old with only warm air! Friendly staff
To be honest I've tried this hotel twice once in June '23 and the second time Jan' 26 The staff are well-trained and very kind, and room service responds immediately to any requests or issues. However, the main problem is that the hotel hasn't been updated since the day it opened. Out of the two elevators, one is out of order and the other is failing and only goes up. Additionally, some room doors don't close properly, the paint is peeling, and there are no kettles or power outlets near the beds, internet is slow, showers are not maintained, the TV is small and no variety of channels to choose from,On the other hand the breakfast couple of options, a very small menu to choose from, not what I've expected unfortunately. Overall this hotel is very close to the tram,great area, it was great couple of years ago, now it's slowing dying
