Comfortable clean rooms and a sense of safety. I am woman and travelling alone always involves risk but I felt safe throughout my stay in the hotel and the neighborhood. I took a nice long walk and enjoyed food in the local restaurants, bought fruit from the grocery store. Everyone I interacted with was polit and hospitable.
The rooms are really nice and super clean. Price is really good. And I have received nothing but excellent service from Arsin, the staff at the counter. The hotel arranged transport from the airport, and they provide transport back too. Arsin contacted me to make sure I know how to meet the driver. So this is a very good Airport Transit hotel. The breakfast is really nice too. Nice selection of breads, fruits, and vegetables.
Esra Nur at reception single handedly made my stay extremely warm, welcoming and hospitable. She was not only professional and friendly but also enriched customer interactions with empathy and kindness. I travel a lot and this was perhaps the most excellent service in memory. Ibis is lucky to have staff such as her and I hope she is promoted and recognised for her excellence. I wish her every success in career and life.
I do not recommend this hotel. I arrived late after a long trip for a one-night stay. While check-in went smoothly, I went up to my room only to find someone already inside, sleeping in the bed. I had to return to reception, and they moved me to another room, but this second room had a strong smell of mold. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Nice hotel close to Istanbul airport. The room is quite spacious with a huge bed. Spacious clean bathroom. Reception staff were very nice and helpful. But breakfast was not upto the mark, very disorganized. The cereal was low quality, there was no milk, spoons. The staff couldn't speak English, didn't get the omelette our way, couldn't eat it. Otherwise I will recommend for a short stay.
