Hyatt Centric Levent Istanbul

The hotel is in a very strategic location, and the room itself was beautiful. I really loved the wooden design and the wonderful view from the room. However, there were a few things that could be improved. Unfortunately, the reception staff, both male and female, did not seem very welcoming or friendly. There was also an issue with the payment during checkout. I was surprised that the remaining balance on my account was overlooked, and the payment process was quite complicated. Since the staff knew that I was not from the country and would be returning home, I expected there to be a simpler and clearer solution for completing the payment after we had left. Another issue was the noise from another room. There was a serious argument between guests late at night, and unfortunately, no staff member seemed to intervene. The disturbance continued for quite a long time and affected our comfort and sleep. On the positive side, the room service was excellent. The service was very fast, and the food was delicious. I would also like to give special appreciation to one of the housekeeping staff, who I believe was one of the more senior members of the team. He was very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated how attentive he was to small details. He even took the time to neatly arrange little things in our room and organize our belongings, which was a lovely touch. Overall, thank you for your service. The hotel has a lot of potential, especially with its great location, beautiful rooms, delicious food, and attentive housekeeping service. I hope the areas mentioned above can be improved to make the overall guest experience even better.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel's facilities and service. However, my experience at check-out left a very negative impression. When I checked out, I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi to the airport. Unfortunately, the taxi that was arranged appeared to be one that overcharges tourists. A trip that should normally take around 30 minutes took more than 50 minutes. Before leaving the hotel, I specifically requested that I be able to pay by credit card. However, the driver refused to accept my card and claimed that there would be a 10% surcharge for card payments. In the end, I was forced to pay 2,800 TRY for a trip that should have cost around 1,700–2,000 TRY. I hope the hotel will pay closer attention to the taxi companies it recommends to guests. Unfortunately, this experience greatly damaged my impression of Türkiye, despite my otherwise excellent stay at your hotel.

I had an excellent stay at Hyatt Centric Levent Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience feel welcoming and effortless. The rooms are modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping maintained an excellent standard throughout my visit. One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its outstanding location. It is perfectly situated for both business and leisure travelers, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, public transportation, and many of Istanbul’s main attractions. Another aspect that really stood out was the high level of security. There are security checks at the entrance, professional security staff, and controlled access to the hotel, making you feel safe and well protected at all times. This level of security is especially reassuring for international travelers and families. What impressed me the most was the exceptional value for money. Considering the quality of the rooms, the outstanding service, the excellent security measures, and the prime location, this hotel offers incredible value compared to many other hotels in Istanbul. I highly recommend Hyatt Centric Levent Istanbul to anyone looking for a modern, comfortable, secure, and professionally managed hotel. I will definitely return on my next trip to Istanbul. This is truly a five-star hotel in every aspect. The employees offered warm greetings, and the breakfast staff were especially helpful, preparing a delicious and enjoyable breakfast each morning. Durdane was assisting guests was very professional, attentive, and capable of accommodating a variety of breakfast requests while communicating effectively in English. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It is absolutely worth staying at and offers great value for the price.
