Good value for your stay in Istanbul and excellent position, next to the metro for the airport and the tram for Sultanhamet. We spent 5 nights in an economy room. Rooms were very clean, but with too much humidity (had to leave window open for smell). Breakfast was plentyful and good, with some traditional pastries. We spent one afternoon at the Spa and we really enjoyed it. The staff was really nice and Nil gave us a great Turkish bath! Great view of the mosques from the terrace. The prayers are very loud but you can barely hear them with a closed window from your room. Overall, I would recommend it and would come back.

The service was very nice, and the hotel was clean and beautiful. Every time I asked the staff for something, they provided it immediately. I came to this hotel for my honeymoon, so I was expecting to fully enjoy and relax during my stay. Everything was perfect until I decided to go to the pool. When I started swimming, the person in charge came to me and told me to swim “slowly.” I honestly did not understand what that meant, because I was simply swimming from one side of the pool to the other in a normal way. They said it was because the water was spreading around the pool, but that is completely normal when someone swims, so I do not see how that is my problem.

The hotel rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed for a relaxing stay. The peaceful atmosphere and elegant environment made the experience truly enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The day before check-out, I personally went to the reception and fully paid for all additional services (including taxi and in-room items). The next morning, during an early check-out, the staff suddenly claimed that I had not paid and demanded money again. Despite clearly explaining the situation, I was not believed. The staff showed a shocking level of incompetence and poor communication. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and security was even involved. I was travelling with my 8-month-old baby, and this created an extremely stressful and upsetting situation for both of us. Only after checking the cameras did they admit that I had already paid. This is completely unacceptable. Such basic mistakes should never happen, and the way it was handled was even worse. The staff is clearly not properly trained, and the internal communication in this hotel is a disaster. I would strongly advise others to think twice before staying here.
