We stayed in a room for two people and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great view of the city from the upper floors. The room was clean, comfortable and air conditioned, which was especially nice. There was also a small fridge in the room where we could keep our drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely worth recommending!
This hotel is located in a very good place if you want to get to the city centre fast. My room was tidy. It looked traditional but there was an AC. The rooms are not so good isolated so you hear everything that is happening in the other rooms or outside on the streets. But it is bearable. There was no door on the shower so it was a little difficult to shower without getting the whole bathroom wet. The breakfast didn’t cost a lot of money and now I understand why. There were very few options and nothing for people who have allergies or having a diet. We had to wait 20 minutes every day until they brought bread and simit. I heard a lot of people complaining about the staff and breakfast. The staff in the reception was very nice and helpful, they helped carrying my suitcase and were always kind and polite.
We had a great stay at your hotel & would recommend to our friends to stay with you. The hotel is very nice with very friendly staff & the location is excellent & very easy to access all the different tourist spots. Close to many good restaurants. Food is delicious in Istanbul. Easy for the Tram and getting to the piers for boat trips & the ferry. The Istanbul card is brilliant for travelling around the city. Thank you again for a great stay. We will be back to see you again in the near future.
The room and the bed itself was great, slept very well. Only the bathroom was not okay. I saw some moisture on the ceiling and at the bottom in the shower. The wc was leaking a bit. The sink and the mirror were hanging way to low. Good for a child. But not for an adult. The power outlet next to the hairdryer was loose. And they tried fixating it with silicone. Not good. After they came cleaning the room after day two, they didn't add new toilet paper, as a result we hade none and they brought new toiletpaper after I put the empty roll on the toilet seat. Same with the coffee. Giving new coffe cups, but not giving new coffee. A bit disapointed in that. The breakfast was okay. But they did not refill in time. I understand they had to do something else. But somethimes it took a long time before there was new bread. But the staff was very friendly. And after checkout in the middle of the night they give us some small candy. Thanks for that. The hotel was close to most of the things which was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel
We stayed 5 nights, was expecting a lot worse reading the other reviews but it's really not bad considering it's ridiculously cheap. The decor is very dated yes, but the room was clean, and surprisingly the shower was clean without any mould which is rare in budget hotels. We left a day early to stay over in kadikoy as we had a early train to catch and the staff were concerned we were leaving as the room wasn't good, nice of them to care. Overall if your on a budget this is as good as it gets for the money.
