Not sure why this place called as 4 star Hotel. The room was very fragile. Bathroom door look like can collapse if you shut it to hard. Water run very soft. Warm water is on and off. Room a bit dark not enough light

We stayed at this hotel because it was included in the clinic’s package, but I strongly recommend arranging your own accommodation instead. The bathroom had a horrendous smell, and we had to keep the door shut just to sleep at night. Breakfast was extremely basic, exactly the same every day, and nothing worth mentioning. DO NOT stay at this hotel

We stayed for 2 days after receiving care. Appreciated the room view from the 11 floor. Guest service was great and food from roof top is better than the free breakfast provided on the 3rd floor. My suggestion will be to upgrade some cosmetic changes to the rooms, add movie channels in English for foreigners, and add scrambled eggs for breakfast. Another plus was that the bed was comfortable with no bedbugs!!

Staying at Golden Way was such a great experience! The service was super friendly and attentive. The room was so comfy, I didn’t want to leave. What impressed me the most was when my brother was sick, and the hotel staff offered medicine and even brought water to our room. They really care about their guests! From service to comfort and interior design, everything was top-notch. Definitely coming back if I get the chance. Highly recommended!
