Hotel Emirhan Palace

I was unhappy with my previous accommodation and I came to the hotel on a whim, hoping for the best. From the moment I walked through the doors Özgür was so helpful and accommodating. I don’t speak Turkish so having someone who could help me was the best part of my trip. He taught me how to get around the city and even went as far as personally helping me move my luggage to the hotel, on his personal time. He went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Seda was my aid when Özgür was off the clock. She would translate for me and make sure I always had everything I needed during my stay. I am beyond happy and grateful for the very personalised service that I received. The housekeeping comes through while you’re at breakfast and the rooms are always immaculate. The front desk is always responsive, the staff are always looking for ways to make your stay easier. The hotel itself is in a central and easy location for using public transport (bus and taxi’s) or even for walking to the surrounding areas. The people that work here take pride in their work and it’s evident. Next time I am in Istanbul, this is definitely where I’ll be staying. Everything is easy and efficient here. Choosing to move to this hotel was the best decision I made on my trip and Özgür was my saving grace and Seda’s attentiveness the cherry on top.

I had an excellent stay a Emirhan Palace the moment I arrived with my wife and my 4year old boy the hotel staffs was welcoming professional and ready to help. Our suite had an excellent view of the coast. The buffet breakfast was quite delicious . Special thanks to Birhan manager of the hotel and Ilhan for their all support . Would definitely recommend this hotel if you want nice relaxation and peace from the chaos of city center.
