Hamitbey Hotel

I just checked in today, love the place already. The conceige boy who got my bag up and got me a lot of stuff to my room is very friendly and helpful. The receptionist replied to all my inquiries too. The room is just perfect and the price is great. I did find a bit of tiny hair here and there but this is me being picky. It is clean, well designed and great for it's price. The spa manager Murat made my stay as if I am at home. Thank you Murat bey

Good hotel in a great location. In my opinion, where this hotel really stands out is in the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was helpful and made our stay very pleasant. The only minor downside is that the double beds could have been a little bigger. Overall, a pleasant hotel and definitely recommended. Especially the lady at the reception, with her beautiful smile. What a talent!

The room is on the smaller side but there is everything we need and we didn’t spend time in the room anyway. The biggest highlights are the breakfast and the pool and sauna. We stayed for five nights and each day, there is always some variations in the breakfast. We both enjoyed the varieties and quality of the food. There are eggs, cold cut, salad, cakes, all kinds of tea, cheese, dozens of bread and fruits. The staffs are constantly cleaning and table and refilling the food station. The second highlight is that we can use the pool, a sauna and hammam for free. There is shower and bathroom downstairs as well. I didn’t quite figure out how the hammam works but there is a staff there always to help and take booking for massage. The location is great with metro and tram to take you anywhere. It’s not in the touristy center but it’s the beauty of it - you can be there near blue mosque and all the other sites like Taksim in 15 min but you can enjoy local restaurants without the tourist price. The M2 is handy as well to go to the airport. The staffs are great too. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it.

Thank you very much for the experience we had staying at your hotel . All the staff were very nice, however the nicest, most helpful and kind person was Dilan at the reception. She was so helpful and made our stay so enjoyable. She went above and beyond for us. All the facilities pool, sauna,etc are very nice. Breakfast was lovely, it had everything you need to boost your day . Bedrooms were clean and tidy every day . The location is perfect as the Yenikapi metro and train is 2 minutes away. Thank you for everything, especially Dilan. We will never forget your kindness.
