Reviews
The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, always happy to provide recommendations and advice to guests. The housekeeping service was impeccable, and the SPA area is definitely worth a visit. The streets surrounding the hotel offer plenty of options for dining, enjoying shisha, and shopping, which makes the location even more convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience and a place I would happily recommend!
Warning to Anyone Considering This Hotel
Our friends had a very disturbing experience during their stay at this hotel. Their bag was stolen from the hotel lobby, and it contained a laptop, a mobile phone, and a wallet. Their belongings had reportedly been left unattended for more than an hour due to careless handling.
This incident raises serious concerns about the hotel’s security and the way guests’ personal belongings are handled. Guests should feel safe leaving their belongings with hotel staff, not have to worry about losing valuable items.
We strongly warn future guests to be cautious and think twice before choosing this hotel. We would not want anyone else to go through the same distressing experience.
6 days stay in this hotel and not a single complaint. If I could give a score of 100/10, I would. Hotel in an excellent location overlooking the beautiful Sehzade Mosque, excellent breakfast, beautiful and clean rooms, every day they changed the bed linen and cleaned the room. The staff is very friendly. I will not look for a new hotel for my next visit, but I will definitely come back here. Thanks a lot for everything
Had a lovely 3 nights here recently. All staff were very welcoming and polite. Stayed in 407 with a great view of the mosque. Also the call to prayer was quiet even at 5am. We wear ear plugs as well to be fair. Breakfast has a good choice but would prefer more for the hot section especially a chef making omelettes. Spa was very clean with a great pool. 6th floor roof restaurant was really good. Overall it's very well priced for what you get. Clean, modern and in a great location.
The Grand Hotel Gülsoy has a great location, making it easy to explore the city and visit many attractions. The room was clean and comfortable overall.
However, the mattresses were very hard, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. In addition, the reception staff could be more welcoming and friendly. A more customer-oriented attitude would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
Overall, the hotel has a convenient location and decent accommodations, but there is room for improvement in both guest service and sleeping comfort.
