Grand Hilarium Hotel

Very nice hotel. From beginning Reception girl (I forgot her name; she speaks Russian and English beside Turkish) warmly welcomed us and show the rooms for us to choose. She was helpful for Bursa Tour and Airport taxi. When we wanted to order taxi for 18:00 pm she offered 17:00 pm and warned us about rainy weather. Reception boy on duty 17.10.2026 call us and said the taxi is ready and offered us to get airport much earlier than we planned. Thank you very much for all of them. Otherwise, I would miss my plane. Housekeeper Sultan was hard worker and made our room very clean daily. Ayshe Kubrah and Shirin breakfast attendance girls were very handsome and served very delicious breakfast. Room was well equipped but small and comfortable. Totally our stay was very nice because of staff of the hotel. I saw managers or owners every day taking care about hotel operation. Thank you very much. Location is very nice. Very close to Marmaray and two metro lines and about 350 m to tramway.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hilarium. The service was great as all staff were friendly and helpful particularly Elnaz. Complimentary breakfast buffet was also very nice. Kettle was made available with tea and coffee options. The only complaint I have is that I asked for a single big bed and received two smaller beds joined together as one, this causes a depression in the middle which is not too comfortable to sleep on. However, the room and toilet were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay.

Grand Hilarium was really a good place. The location is close to the tram, which makes it easy to get to the Bosphorus. The room was squeaky clean, cozy and well organized. I won't fail to appreciate the staff, who were really friendly and willing to help at every turn. A special shout-out to Elnaz in customer relations at the front desk. She made sure everything was working and was always willing to help. It's one of the best in the area, and the finishing of the rooms, hallways, dining area and reception is really cool.

The staff are professional and highly respectful. Great breakfast with welcoming and hospitable staff; especially Fatemeh, Kobra and Ayse. They made us feel like home. The only big issue is the noise. There is extreme level of noise; from traffic, music, to loud talking and barking from 9-10pm to almost 4am that can totally impact a restful night.
