Golden Ak Marmara Hotel

I had a pleasant stay at Golden Ak Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access many parts of the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any requests. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The hotel was clean; however, the facilities, particularly the bathrooms and toilets, feel quite outdated and could benefit from renovation. I would also suggest offering a wider variety of breakfast options to enhance the guest experience. Overall, I had a nice experience at Golden Ak Hotel. With some updates to the bathrooms and improvements to the breakfast selection, the hotel would provide an even better stay for its guests.

A quick spot for few days, I booked it in emergency and my expectations was fulfilled It has easy access to taxi and buses

The hotel was so clean, the staff were so kind and polite. They were so helpful whenever we wanted to go somewhere or we wanted something in our room. The neighborhood is in the heart of Istanbul with many restaurants, shopping malls and tourists hotspots. But the best part was that, because of snow our flight cancelled and we couldn't go to the hotel for the first night of our seven days reservation. Normally the first night gets cancelled and there is no refund. When we arrived to the hotel we stayed for six days and we asked for additional one night. When we checked out, the receptionist refused to charge for that extra one night and he called the manager. The manager was so nice and he said because we weren't there for the first night he is not going to charge us!!! Surely I will stay there again any time I go to Istanbul. Very.nice and helpful people. I was in this hotel for one week and the service is excellent. Breakfast was included and the food is great. Love the hospitality from the staff.
