I stayed in the hotel for 9 days with my family, The location, service, and washing machine being in the hotel was top notch. Moreover, Mr. Shaaref Munir was really amazing at guiding and helping with check
in, booking change and every other transaction. I highly recommend this hotel and Mr shareef Munir has the best customer care service in the entirety of istanbul.
Terrible experience, there was a very bad strong smell once we reached in the room, all the windows where open full of mosquitos. We asked to change the room they said ok it will take time for 2 hours I had to stay with my little son outside to wait for them. Once we came back to get the new room they said we didnt have and we showd you that JUST TO SEE!!!!!
Now they are saying ok you can go to another hotel we will refund later!!!
Such crazy and unreasonable people
One of the best stays at Istanbul, a very good room with one of the best sights and great service, big respect and love to the room cleaner he was a big help and a very nice guy. Although it was a bit far from the touristic places on the European side, but it was much clamer and less crowded. In addition there's a mall next door which had all necessities that we needed, as well as a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel.
Perfect family stay
We spent a week here with our kids and it was the ideal "home away from home." The apartments are modern, clean, and incredibly spacious.
Why it’s great for families:
• Convenience: The attached Akyaka Park mall is a game-changer. It has everything you need—from a large supermarket for groceries to various dining options and shops—just a short walk away.
• Amenities: Having a full kitchen and laundry in the room made managing a week-long family trip so much easier.
• Facilities: The kids loved the indoor pool and playground. The entire property feels safe and well-maintained.
• Location: While it's on the Asian side, the calm atmosphere and nearby shopping were far more relaxing than staying in the crowded city center.

The hotel is not located in the city center, but this is more than compensated by its unique advantage — I stayed on the 41st floor and had a breathtaking panoramic view over the city.
The service is excellent: attentive yet unobtrusive. Every request was handled quickly and professionally. Complimentary water was provided upon request, and daily housekeeping was consistently offered.
The room was very cozy, spotless, and well-maintained. Soundproofing was also excellent, which made the stay especially comfortable and relaxing.
I truly enjoyed my time here and would gladly return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, great service, and stunning views.
