We arrived at the hotel late at night after a long and exhausting journey, made even more tiring by road construction along the way. However, from the moment we arrived, dear Anil greeted us with such warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality that he immediately made us feel welcome. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference and turned our arrival into a lovely experience. Thank you for having such a wonderful team member!

Thank you to the hotel for such a wonderful stay! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The service is excellent, and the breakfasts are absolutely delicious. A special thank you to Anil at the reception for his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help, and to Umut for his assistance with our luggage. The staff truly makes guests feel welcome and well taken care of. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

I had a lovely stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Istanbul Kagithane. While there were a couple of hiccups at the beginning of my stay, they were ultimately resolved, and I was genuinely impressed by Hakan T. I would especially like to express my heartfelt thanks to Hakan who was absolutely amazing. Hakan is a truly resolution-driven Manager and went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed. He handled everything with professionalism, kindness and genuine care, and he didn't just resolve the issues, he made sure I was comfortable and looked after throughout my stay. It is rare these days to come across Managers and people who demonstrate this level of professionalism, patience and genuine kindness. Hakan is a credit to the hotel, and I sincerely hope his efforts are recognised because he made a real difference to my experience & im sure many. I also want to give a HUGE thank you to Bilal Yavuz, who kindly helped me order food through an app when I was having trouble doing so myself. Bilal was incredibly helpful, patient and professional, and had such a lovely nature. There was also a gorgeous lady who assisted me during my stay ordering food as well, unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but I want her to know that her kindness and assistance were very much appreciated. You guys are seriously the best! ❤️ And finally, a special thank you to the lovely room attendant who looked after my room. She had written her name down for me on a piece of paper, but unfortunately I lost it! 😭 She was absolutely wonderful. My room was always beautifully clean, and she went out of her way to make sure I had fresh water and clean towels, even on the occasions when I accidentally forgot to take my "Do Not Disturb" sign down. That attention to detail and thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. The hotel itself is lovely, and my room was consistently clean and comfortable. But what really stood out to me was the people. The staff members I encountered genuinely made my stay better, and their kindness and willingness to help are what I will remember most. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Hakan, Bilal and the wonderful room attendant. ❤️ You guys are seriously the best, and I truly appreciate everything you did to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would also like to mention that the Hotel has amazing coffee shops - in the complex - ESPRESSO LAB - WOW (I miss their coffee) and a 10min walk to a shopping centre where there is a grocery store and and an eatery and the centre it self has casual shopping. The location was really convenient and a short uber ride to major shopping centres. I would happily stay here again! Sincerely, Tia :-)
