We had a wonderful stay! Hakan and Kubi were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. They even helped us store our luggage after check-out, which made our travel plans so much easier. We really appreciated their hospitality and kindness. Highly recommended, and we would be very happy to stay here again!

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. We especially want to thank Hakan, who was extremely kind and helpful. We lost our luggage during our trip, and he went above and beyond to help us find a solution. He even let us use his own phone to make important calls. We truly appreciate everything he did for us.
The hotel’s location is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable. The room was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. The soundproofing was also excellent, so we had a quiet and relaxing night’s sleep. The TV worked well, and the overall facilities were great.
Thank you to Hakan and the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend Edition Old City Hotel and would happily stay here again!
They gave us a so called economy room, which was so small, that the second person had to climb over the first person. Totally unacceptable for a person with mobility issues or people who stay longer than one night. We went straight down to reception to complain. The solution was, they charged us Euro 175 extra to get a normal room. that room was fine and even had a window! The Hotel itself is in a good location and the breakfast is very good. The staff in the Restaurant was very pleasant. The room should have a second chair, as the room had 3 beds, but only one chair.
Otherwise I recommend the clean Hotel.
My 4-day stay at the Edition Old City Hotel in Istanbul was truly unforgettable. From the very first moment, I was impressed by the professionalism, hospitality, and genuine kindness of the entire team.
A very special thank you to Hûseyin at the reception. His professionalism, positive attitude, and excellent customer service made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Speaking both French and English, he was always ready to help and made every interaction smooth and comfortable.
