Great location (right on the door step of the Blue Mosque and other main attractions in Sultanahmet). Roughly 5 min walk to the nearest tram stop giving you access to the Asian side as well as the ferries. The staff were brilliant, accommodating all our needs. Would definitely book again if visiting Istanbul.

We had a faultless stay at Eresin Sultanahmet. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, every member of staff was welcoming, accommodating and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience in Istanbul, helping us feel at home throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the reception area was lovely, and the terrace offered beautiful views. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Istanbul and making the most of your break, with many of the city’s highlights within easy reach. What a great location with the famed attractions a short walk away. Walk amongst antiques, some nearly 2 millennia old, that are within the hotel. The staff are attentive, professional and Bilal deserves a special mention for being thoughtful, sensitive, helpful and being so patient and friendly. I highly recommend a stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at the Eresin Hotel in Istanbul and truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. The rooms were very clean, well maintained, and relaxing after long days exploring Istanbul. The atmosphere throughout the hotel felt warm and elegant, and you can tell they take pride in providing a high-quality experience for their guests. What really made the stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Two team members in particular — Bilal , Ahmed and Fırat — went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was answering questions, assisting with arrangements, or simply making sure I was comfortable, they were consistently friendly and professional. Their hospitality truly made me feel welcome and taken care of. Service like this is rare and makes a big difference in a hotel stay. Thanks to Bilal Ahmed and Fırat, my time at Eresin was memorable for all the right reasons. I would absolutely recommend the Eresin Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
