Very disappointing experience. We booked a room with a city view, but instead received a room with a very narrow window facing another building. The hotel then told us they don’t have city-view rooms for 3 people, even though this was clearly advertised on the booking website. The worst part was the AC. It did not work from the moment we checked in. We complained several times and were repeatedly told it would be turned on, but nothing happened. Eventually, the receptionist admitted that the manager does not allow them to turn on the AC because they consider the weather “cold.” Meanwhile, the room was extremely hot, we were sweating every night, and we could barely sleep. Advertising AC and a city view and then not providing either is unacceptable. The staff offered no real solution despite multiple complaints. Definitely not the experience you expect from a four stars hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

The rooms were tidy and had everything we needed and the pool was also absolutely fantastic. The location is very convenient, as many famous sights and popular places are nearby. However, I personally would not recommend the surrounding area at night, especially for women, as I did not always feel completely safe. The hotel staff were absolutely lovely, especially Hüseyin, Serhat and Gürkan. They were always incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming, which made our stay much more pleasant. A big thank you to them for their kindness and hospitality!

It is a good, well-maintained hotel that meets a decent standard. About half of the rooms face the street and receive plenty of natural light. However, the rooms at the back of the building are quite dark and far less appealing. The breakfast was good and satisfying, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The in-room internet connection worked well. The bathroom was also clean and comfortable, although the shower was not functioning properly. The room’s air-conditioning and ventilation system worked very well.

We stayed in a room for 3 people, which included one 140x200 cm bed and one single bed. Unfortunately, the bathroom is quite old, and the cleanliness was not particularly impressive, with room for improvement. The furniture is also old and gives the impression that the room could benefit from renovation. Another inconvenience was the lack of a handheld shower head in the bathroom, which made using the shower less practical. Overall, the experience was decent, but the hotel would benefit from renovations and greater attention to cleanliness in order to provide a better level of comfort for guests. In addition, from around 9 AM until 4–5 PM there was significant noise, likely due to renovation work in other rooms. The noise level made it difficult to relax or stay comfortably in the room during the day and often felt like we had to leave the room because of it.
