Our go to hotel in Istanbul. We much prefer the Asia side. It’s not quite so busy and has a local feel about it. We stayed at the Dugi last year for a long week and were so happy with everything they provided that this year we did not hesitate to book here again. It’s an easy walk to the ferry, local buses and trains are close, and the dining options are fantastic! The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful too. Anything is possible for them! We will return later this year on our return and I’m sure next year we will be back again. Highly recommend the Dugi.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay. From the friendly staff, who took great care of us throughout our visit, to the hotel itself and its facilities, everything was excellent. The hotel is located on a lively yet quiet street, with plenty of shops and convenient amenities nearby. What impressed us the most was the staff. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. We would especially like to thank the gentlemen working the evening shift, who were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. They made us feel safe, comfortable, and well looked after. A special thank you also goes to the housekeeping team. Our room was always spotless. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and include air conditioning, making our stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
I had a fantastic stay at Dugi Hotel in Kadıköy. The location is excellent. It was central, walkable, and close to ferries, restaurants, and shops, which made getting around incredibly easy. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well maintained, and my room was comfortable. It has a little working station which was perfect if you're working remote. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and made the experience feel personal without being overbearing. The breakfast was also a highlight. I typically skip hotel breakfasts but this one is so delightful and a great way to start the day! Loved it. Overall, this is a perfect choice if you want a comfortable, well-located stay on the Kadıköy side of Istanbul. I would absolutely stay here again.
We stayed at Dugi Hotel for 9 nights (including 2 nights away in Cappadocia) and had a great experience overall. Pros: The location is fantastic ferries, metro, and buses are all within walking distance, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were outstanding and really made our stay special. A big thank you to Ali and Mustafa, who were always friendly, helpful, and happy to chat. Whether it was a complimentary cappuccino, packing breakfast for my early departure, or giving us local tips, the team consistently went above and beyond. Our deluxe room was spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet at night despite being in a busy area. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable. Cons: The bathroom was a little small, although it had everything we needed. Housekeeping replenished essentials daily and changed towels, but the room wasn't swept and the bed sheets weren't changed during our stay, which would have been nice given we were there for over a week. The biggest downside was the lack of soundproofing. You could hear quite a lot from neighbouring rooms. Most of the time this wasn't an issue, but during our last 3 nights we had very noisy neighbours. The reception staff were helpful when we reported it, and after speaking to the guests directly, the problem was sorted. Overall, I would happily recommend this hotel and give it a 9/10. The excellent location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional staff made for a wonderful stay.
I really loved this hotel! The location is awesome if you wanna hang out in Asian side. Also its very close to ferry stations, you can easily go to European side. Hotel staff are awesome! They re so polite and willing to help. The bed was awesome, i cant skip that. We loved it. Surely we are gonna come back. We were staying in King Suite Room. I really recommend it!(My husband says maybe we shouldn’t recommend this room, bec of the fear of “what if we cant book it again”)
