We had such a wonderful stay at Dream Inn Hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, respectful, welcoming, and always willing to help. They genuinely made us feel comfortable and always went out of their way to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. The rooms were always clean and well looked after, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The location is also perfect — close to everything, which made getting around so easy and convenient. I would 100% recommend Dream Inn Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with amazing service and a great location. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, my experience with one of the staff members was very disappointing. I had several unpleasant encounters with the employee who was working until 3 PM, and unfortunately, I was not the only one. Several members of my family and friends also had unpleasant experiences with the same employee. The last incident happened when I was checking out. He threw my belongings out onto the street, and when I asked him to help take them or arrange for them to be delivered, he simply said, “I can’t. This is as far as I can go.” When I told him that I would leave a review on Google Maps, his response was, “Write whatever you want, I don’t care.” It is honestly a shame because the hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and in a great location. The management is excellent, and the other staff members were very friendly, professional, and helpful. However, this particular employee has had several unpleasant interactions not only with me, but also with multiple people from my family and friends. I truly hope the management looks into this matter, because this kind of attitude does not reflect the quality of the hotel or the excellent service provided by the rest of the team.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the General Manager, Mr. Mohammed, for his outstanding professionalism, kindness, and respectful attitude. He is extremely cooperative and always strives to ensure guest satisfaction by providing the highest level of service and giving great attention to every detail. The hotel itself offers an excellent standard of service and genuine hospitality, making the stay truly enjoyable. My sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Mohammed for his exceptional efforts. He is a true example of excellent leadership and truly deserves all the recognition.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dream Inn Bosphorus. The hotel has a very warm and cozy vibe, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The cleanliness was top‑notch, and our room was kept immaculate throughout our visit. A special mention goes to the polite and helpful staff, who made us feel very welcome – and a huge thank you to Mehmet for his exceptional care and attention during our stay. Check‑in was smooth and punctual, with no delays. Everything was great, and we have no complaints. We would definitely stay here again!
