Honestly, my stay was amazing from start to finish. Despite seeing some bad reviews before my stay, I can honestly say that my experience was completely different, and those reviews did not reflect my experience at all. I was actually quite nervous about staying here because of what I had read, but the team made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. My room, 409, was very modern, comfortable and beautifully kept. The air conditioning was amazing, and everything was always clean and tidy. A special thank you to the cleaner, Saskara, who made sure my room was spotless every single day. He was always so polite, hardworking and friendly. He definitely deserves recognition and a pay rise for his lovely hard work! I’d also like to give a special mention to Servet Gemuk, who was absolutely amazing. He communicated so well, was genuinely funny and always made us feel so comfortable and welcome. His friendly personality really made the stay feel like we were at home rather than in a hotel. He was such a lovely person to interact with and definitely made our experience even better. also want to give a special mention to Emre, the receptionist, who was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout my stay and was always willing to help whenever I needed anything. His customer service really stood out and made my experience even better. The whole team were lovely. They always smiled, were welcoming and made sure everything was okay throughout my stay. It really made me feel comfortable and looked after. The only downside for me was the breakfast. There wasn’t a huge variety of options, but what was available was still delicious. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay and would happily come back again. Thank you to the whole team, especially Saskara, emre and Servet, for making my experience so lovely! ❤️

3/5 Stars - 3-Star Experience Marketed as a 5-Star Hotel The Short Version: Nice, polite staff, but this is definitely not a true 5-star hotel. Expect a basic 3 to 4-star experience at best. The Rooms & Amenities: The room feels basic and slightly cheap—nothing fancy or elevated, just a room. Basic 5-star necessities aren't even stocked upon arrival. There was no toothpaste in the bathroom, so you have to call down to the front desk just to ask for simple essentials. The Pool Situation: A major disappointment. Before you even get in, you have to go out of your way to request the required pool gear/cap. Once you finally reach the pool, you'll notice nobody is actually swimming because the water is freezing cold. People have been complaining in online reviews for years about the cold water, yet management hasn't bothered to fix it. At this point, it feels like a deliberate choice to keep guests from actually using the facility. The Staff (The Bright Spot): The staff here is genuinely lovely. It’s a great, diverse team of young people from Asia, Africa, and beyond who are polite, welcoming, and do their best. Verdict: Fine for a casual stay, but set your expectations to a mid-range 3/4-star level rather than a luxury 5-star brand.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The location was excellent and there is a shuttle from Hotel-Taksim-Hotel. I really enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Please take only as much food as you can eat and help prevent food waste.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hospitality was outstanding, and every member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. A special thank you to Esra for her exceptional support and help with organizing everything during my stay. She made the experience even more enjoyable with her kindness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!
