We were new to the country and initially felt a little lost, but the reception team made our experience so much easier. They were incredibly helpful with planning, recommendations, and arranging experiences for us. The hospitality was fantastic throughout our stay, and we felt very well looked after. We would definitely recommend staying here!
Great hotel with clean rooms, a nice atmosphere, and an excellent location. I stayed for 4 days and had a very pleasant experience. Special thanks to Stephanie at reception for being so kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Highly recommended!.
I’m surprised this hotel received 4 stars!!! The service was terrible, and the rooms were below standard with the bare minimum level of comfort. There were insects everywhere, and the staff were not willing to help guests at all. I asked the reception to call me when the food arrived, but they completely refused. Also, the room did not have the city view as advertised — instead, it overlooked slums and scrap areas. The floors are dirty and all the tiles have been ripped out. The wallpaper has been removed from all the walls, and the whole place looks disgusting.i have all the pictures as evidence. The hotel is located in an isolated area surrounded by car repair shops.
Excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, well organized, and provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting again.
Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The environment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. Everything met my expectations and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
