Delita City Hotel is truly a small gem at the heart of Sisli district. One street back behind the main Boulevard, thus preventing sound pollution from the main street. When you enter the lobby you are greeted with a friendly, english speaking reception, going out of their way to try to make you feel welcomed, and accommodate your needs. The room was spacious for a boutique hotel with a very comfortable bed. The room was clean, well designed with plenty of space for closets. Safe, refrigerator, electric kettle, standing mirror and windows that open. Bathroom, toilet, wash area very clean, well designed with a great shower head and good water pressure. Overall, if you are looking for a great boutique hotel, which is safe, centrally located, 10 minutes away from Taqsim Square close to the metro station and very friendly staff, I highly recommend Delita. I saved the best for the last, the breakfast buffet although small but it was more than enough with plenty of delicious items, from gourmet coffe , Turkish coffee, tea, juices, eggs, cheese, jams, delicious bread and many more items...

The rooms were clean, beautifully presented and comfortable, making it peaceful. The location couldn’t be better close to key sights, public transport, cafés and restaurants, yet still calm at night. Breakfast exceeded expectations, with delicious optionsI truly felt looked after and appreciated as a guest. This is hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had amazing value, exceptional service, and a place I’ll definitely return to on my next visit! Highly recommended! !
It was an excellent stay in many aspects. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, safe, and close to many places, services, shops, and restaurants. The staff were absolutely wonderful and helped me with everything I needed, which made me feel very comfortable whenever I interacted with them. The breakfast was very nice as well. I feel very lucky to have chosen this hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul who is looking for a comfortable hotel in a lively area. I would definitely choose Delita city hotel again.
When I come to Turkey, this is my first stop. With its central location and quality service, this hotel is worth choosing. The rooms are quite spacious and warm (cool in summer), the beds are soft and clean. I recommend this place to all my friends who come to Istanbul.
The hotel location was acceptable. However, the room was exceptionally small with almost no space to move around. The bed was not even a proper single bed but more like a 'half-person' bed—extremely small and uncomfortable. The mattress was also very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We requested an iron and were provided with a broken one, requiring us to visit the reception again to ask for a replacement. Additionally, someone rang our room phone at 10 PM while we were sleeping. When we inquired about it the next morning, the staff simply replied, 'I don’t know, we didn’t.' Perhaps it was a ghost. The hotel advertises having a restaurant, but this is misleading as no such facility exists. The breakfast offered was the same every day during our six-day stay. The toiletries provided were of very poor quality and ineffective. Despite requesting room cleaning, only the towels were replaced; the bed sheets were not changed for the entire six days. To make matters worse, we found hairs in the bathroom—on the door and the floor—which was absolutely disgusting. On a positive note, the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, and the water pressure and temperature were excellent, as they should be. However, considering the extremely high price per night, the overall experience and services provided were far below acceptable standards. We were left highly dissatisfied.
