We stayed at Darkhill Hotel in Istanbul for 8 nights with our little family, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is very well located, clean, and comfortable. The staff were excellent, friendly, professional, and always helpful. The location is a real advantage, especially with the tram station nearby, making it very easy to get around and explore Istanbul. We had a wonderful family stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would be happy to stay here again

Dear Hotel Management, I would like to thank the entire team for making my stay in Istanbul such a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and the level of service has been outstanding throughout my stay. I would especially like to recognize Zafer, who is one of the best staff members I have had the pleasure of meeting. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a real difference to my experience. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his warm attitude reflects very positively on the hotel. The room, facilities, and overall hospitality exceeded my expectations. Thank you for providing such excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for your guests. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future. Best regards Saifullah
Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The rooms were always clean, housekeeping was done every day, and the breakfasts were good as well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Also, there is a very nice rooftop restaurant on the top floor with a great view, good food, and excellent hookah.
The service of the staff was incredible, the rooms were super clean and tidy. And the restaurant was very nice also the staff in the rooftop restaurant were super friendly. The location was amazing, that’s why i booked this hotel cause i found the location very nice and centered. The breakfast changes every day so that way it stays interesting which is nice. But the breakfast is often cold and the bread a bit dry, also the pool is cold and there were cockroaches walking around which is absolutely horrendous. We had a room for 4 people but 2 hangars for the coats, and 1 closet for all of us. The light in the room was also very dark, and the window didn’t let in a lot of light. Also the door of the bathroom didn’t close properly so it made a lot of noise trying to close it which made other people in the room wake up. last but not least our look-out of the window was something… (see pictures) Overall it was a nice experience and i wanna thank the staff for being so friendly.
Stayed for 8 days (25 March – 1 April 2026) at Darkhill Hotel Istanbul. Location: Excellent location right in the city centre. Very convenient with a tram station nearby, making it easy to get around. Plenty of food options and shops within walking distance. Major tourist attractions like Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar are all close by. F&B: Breakfast was a standard Turkish breakfast served at the rooftop. The view is nice, but the food selection and quality were just moderate—acceptable but nothing special. Room: Rooms were good 👍👍👍 — comfortable and well-maintained. However, the key card system needs improvement. The cards frequently stopped working, and I had to return to the lobby multiple times to reactivate them, which was inconvenient. Staff: Staff were helpful and responsive ✅ Hotel Policy: One downside is that late check-out is strictly not allowed, which can be inconvenient for guests with later flights. Overall: A good stay mainly due to its strategic location and decent rooms, but improvements in the key card system and more flexibility with check-out would make the experience much better.Stayed for 8 days (25 March – 1 April 2026) at Darkhill Hotel Istanbul.
