We had a lovely stay at Cube Suites during our visit to Istanbul. The location is perfect, not far from the main historical center (about a 10 min walk) but in a quieter area with lots of restaurants around.
We were greeted by Erol on arrival, who was incredibly helpful in sitting down to go through recommendations for a first time visitor to Istanbul. The service was excellent and there was always complimentary Turkish tea in the lobby.
The room itself was spacious and had much needed aircon in the room.
The Cube Suites are perfectly located to explore many of the historic sites in Istanbul. The room was comfortable, quiet and exactly as shown in the pictures. One of their staff, Erol, was particularly helpful and wonderful to work with. He gave me a map and went over with me when i arrived, helped arrange a great Turkish massage, transfer to/from the airport, and a Bosphorus cruise. He was immediately responsive to my messages even on his day off. He made my trip so much easier and enjoyable.
The hotel sits in the middle of everything. It so convenient to walk to the tram station of T1 that literally takes us to all the most visited tourist attractions in Istanbul. The staff is kind and considerate to our family. The room is modernly decorated and spacious. Beddings are clean and comfy. We couldn't have asked for better! Thank you for making our Istanbul stay perfect.
Great stay in Istanbul! The hotel was comfortable and in a very convenient location, close to major attractions and public transport. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with suggestions, directions, and anything we needed during our stay. Their recommendations made our trip even better. Overall, a very positive experience and we’d definitely stay here again.
We chose Cube Suites for our first ever trip to Istanbul, and honestly, it turned out to be a perfect base for the whole stay. We spent a lot of time looking at different areas before booking, but settled on this one because of its close proximity to so many historical sites, loads of great restaurants, and really good transport links — and we’re glad we did.
We arrived late on a Friday night / early Saturday morning and were greeted at reception by Mert, who I genuinely can’t speak highly enough of. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and relaxed. He took time to walk us through a map of the area, explained how to get around, and then hit us with his list of food recommendations — which absolutely did not disappoint. We managed to try quite a few of them, and he even sent me a Google Maps link so we didn’t miss any. Little touches like that make a massive difference. All of the staff were the same — always friendly, always offering tea, coffee, snacks, or a bit of advice when needed. It really felt personal rather than just another hotel stay.
The hotel itself is in a brilliant location, surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and cake shops, with plenty going on but without being too noisy or chaotic. Everything felt close and easy to get to, whether we were walking or using public transport.
The rooms were spot on for us — clean, modern, and a really good size, so you’re not living in each other’s pockets. There was a kettle, cooker, cutlery, and everything you’d need if you wanted to eat in. Fast WiFi, a comfortable corner sofa to relax and watch TV, and a decent-sized bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, which was ideal after long days of walking around the city.
Cleaning was done whenever requested, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything fresh and tidy throughout the stay.
One of the unexpected highlights was the local cats, who would regularly pop up to the window for a nosey or a few biscuits — a small thing, but it definitely added to the overall charm of the place.
Overall, I genuinely can’t fault Cube Suites. The location, comfort, cleanliness, and especially the staff made our trip even better. I would 100% recommend staying here if you’re thinking about visiting Istanbul, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
