Clarion Hotel Istanbul Mahmutbey

This hotel was so unbelievably great. From the rooms, to the amenities, to the staff. No complaints at all. Very beautiful property. I loved the hotel and Turkish bath. The staff members Caner, Arda And Nihat were amazing. They made sure we had absolutely everything we need everyday. Greeted us with smiles and always accommodated everything we asked for. If I ever come back to Istanbul I would 100% come and stay at this hotel. Thank you staff for everything and making my family so happy and comfortable.

As Turkish Airlines guests, we were redirected to this hotel in the evening due to a change in our flight schedule. To be honest, we were a little concerned before arriving. When we got to the hotel, we had to wait for our group check-in process along with the other passengers. While we were waiting, a gentleman who introduced himself as the Front Office Manager came to greet us. He took the time to speak with us, and we had a lovely conversation about everyday life. His warm smile, genuine hospitality, and the way he made us feel comfortable truly made a difference. Our conversation was delightful and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant one. Unfortunately, we did not have the chance to see him again when we checked out in the morning. However, as a group of women and kids whose flight was delayed, we would like to express how pleased we were with his kindness and professionalism. Although our stay was brief, we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Sending our warm regards from the United States.

I'm coming from the U.S.A and my stay was way above what you can imagine.. First off I’ll start with the manager Mr. Caner, very polite and always their to assist you with anything at anytime, The staff was always on point; housekeeping was always there. The restaurant was Amazing as well. Ali Riza chef cooks very well and delicious foods.Very clean, the spa, massage, Jacuzzi and much more was the best experience someone can ask for.. If I could give them 10⭐️ i would.. Much love for Zahir he made sure you were greeted every time you came through the doors. Thanks for all.

The rooms are older but perfectly fine, and the reception staff are helpful. What was really terrible, however, was the man responsible for collecting payment for breakfast. We arrived at the hotel at 3 a.m. and wanted to get some sleep. At 8 a.m., I was woken up by someone banging on my door. It was a man with a card payment terminal demanding payment for breakfast, even though we had never ordered it. I sent him away. When I later went to the breakfast area, he was there again. It seemed that collecting money for breakfast was his only responsibility, and he appeared almost obsessed with it. As for the breakfast itself, it was below average. For a five-star hotel, I would have expected a much better selection and overall quality.
