I've stayed at multiple Marriott Istanbul locations as a Marriott Bonvoy ambassador member, and this one is by far the best blend of location, amenities, and service. I love that it's walkable to the Galata Tower, the shopping mall, dozens of restaurants, and even local spots nearby. I always feel welcome coming here and saw many employees that remembered me the second time I came. I honestly typically prefer a la carte breakfast, but their breakfast buffet is stacked and delicious, with the option to still order a la carte. I give shout out to Lale Çelik who went out of her way multiple times to make myself and my family feel at home. Loved the gym and the proximity to public transportation.
First of all I want to say Thankyou for the service especially from Enes and Tugae at reception. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make the hotel as comfortable as possible. The hotel is very nice. Set out perfectly. Rooms are nice comfortable and clean and they have everything you need. I really enjoyed my stay here. There were a few small downsides for me. I think the breakfast buffet is below average. I paid for breakfast with my stay for 5 days but I only ate breakfast twice. The coffee is absolutely horrible and I could not even drink it. The pool area is nice but the spa is out of service and has been for months and the temperature of the pool is abit to cold so you can not really just relax in the pool. Apart from breakfast and the pool area, this hotel is really good.

While in Istanbul, our daughter became very ill and ended up being transported to a hospital via ambulance. It was quite scary being in a foreign country, not speaking the native language and navigating what to do. With the staffs support, she was well taken care of and we are so grateful to the team there that gave us the best support you could imagine. Thank you to Haluk, Oğuzhan, Enes and Yusuf for your outstanding service!

had a wonderful experience at the Burdock Hotel Istanbul during a recent conference trip. The food and beverage team—specifically Can, Lale, Mehmet, Canan, Setercan, and Burak—were truly incredible. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome despite our busy schedule. Sude and Enes were also fantastic, providing seamless service with a personal touch.
The quality of the menu selection at the hotel is outstanding, with impressive attention to detail in every dish. In fact, many attendees mentioned it was the best conference food they’ve ever had! Beyond the hotel, the team suggested local restaurants that helped us have a fantastic time in Istanbul. Their warmth and hospitality really enhanced our stay. Highly recommend this team for their exceptional service and top-tier dining experience!
Charming & helpful staff. Good location next to tram stop. Room was acceptable but the king sized bed turned out to be a queen size & had a dip in the middle, so not comfortable at all. The unusual separate glass cubicle arrangement for the toilet & shower respectively means that privacy is limited & could be a drawback for new couples.
