I received such a lovely warm welcome from an adorable man with the biggest smile. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Best room ever! Such a comfy bed, separated by a wall so I could work while my mom slept. Breakfast was great with chef-made omelets made to order. And the pickup service was also excellent with a comfy clean van and cold water bottles. I will book this hotel again.
When it comes to staying close to IST Airport, this is, in my opinion, one of the best options available for balancing cost and quality. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times whenever I’m traveling through Turkey, and it has become my go-to for a quick overnight layover. They can arrange airport transfers both to and from the hotel, which makes everything very convenient. The rooms are okay overall, although my experience has varied from stay to stay. On one occasion, there were issues with the shower’s hot water and drainage, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. Another time, everything worked perfectly, but the room itself was so small that there was hardly enough space to even open my luggage. That said, for a one-night stay, neither is a huge deal—and honestly, the breakfast alone makes the sacrifice worth it. The breakfast is fantastic! There’s a huge selection of hot and cold foods, fruits, cheeses, pastries, juices, and more. The options could probably compete with some 5-star all-inclusive hotels. Huge kudos to Kadir, the chef, and his omelets—they’re excellent! All in all, between the convenient airport transfers, reasonable price, and amazing included breakfast, this is the best option I’ve found near IST Airport for a quick turnaround. I keep coming back, and that probably says it all.
This hotel is probably the most useful hotels ive stayed at, like seriously. Its clean,comfortable and affordable. You get picked up buy a pretty fancy mercedes and get driven to the hotel (the ride was kinda rough though), when you arive you get shown your room by the bell boy . The bell boy roasted me on him never seeing that type of phone since 2016 😅🤣 that was funny. The rooms are just the right size for our family of 4. It even had a balcony, which was were we ate dinner. The only downside was that there was a mosque (VERY pretty by the way) that was loud at 3:49am .
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What impressed me the most was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Every team member was extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Even before my trip began, the hotel team was very responsive and supportive. They answered all my questions quickly and were always available online, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind before my arrival. The excellent customer service, cleanliness, and attention to guests truly made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Overall great stay! But the biggest thing I did not like was that the stairway smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Does this hotel allow smoking inside? Loved that we could arrange transportation to and from the airport. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Our room was great, loved the family sized room with a queen bed and two twin beds. The showers were very nice. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and was satisfied, just wished there was a normal pot of black coffee rather than the espresso machines they had.
