That's an amazing hotel apartment. Excellent equipment in the kitchen. Beautiful apartment, have literally everything what you need for staying. You can cook your own food. Good a.d big bathroom and shower. Very relaxing and comfortable bed. Very very friendly staff, always helping and responding for any your requests. That's hotel become my favourite. Truly recommend. The photos are correspond to reality!
My mom, daughter and I stayed for 9 nights 08/18 - 08/27. My mom stayed in the bedroom and my daughter and I slept on the two sofas in the living area. The sofas extended and were very comfortable for sleeping. I asked for extra comforter and sheets and they were promptly provided . The kitchen was well equipped. There is no oven, but that did not impact us. There's no daily room service as it is technically not a hotel, but a serviced apartment. Toilet paper was made available whenever we asked for it. The in-unit laundry was a big help. We didn't have to carry as many outfits as we would have otherwise. Although I had taken laundry detergent sheets with me, the detergent was available for the few loads that we did. The controls are all labelled in Turkish, so Hamdam (a very helpful front desk staff person) came and told me which settings to use. Dish washer detergent was available. The location is near many restaurants and local shopping. We were able to do groceries and shop around easily. The metro is a very short walk, which we used for the first time on this trip. We were travelling for my mom's dental treatments. Compared to out visit 5 months ago, we saved a lot of money by not using taxis all the time. Hamdam gave us a Metro Card that we could load for our trips and provided guidance on where to get on and off and approximately how much it would cost. I was very pleased with the stay and would recommend BayMari Suites City Life, 100%.
I stayed here when travelling to Istanbul for surgery and it was ideal. The serviced apartment was really nice. Clean, modern, and all of the appliances worked well and as expected. The TV with Netflix and Amazon prime worked perfect, the free WiFi was good, and they have a really useful room service where you can order anything from food to small electrical items and toiletries. The staff were also really helpful and friendly. The only note I’d make for any light sleepers is that the speakers for the public call to prayer are very close to the hotel - I needed to use ear plugs during the night, otherwise you could be woken up at 3am. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.
Hotel was excellent. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Everything about my stay was wonderful, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The team was extremely friendly and made me feel valued throughout my visit. I will definitely be returning and look forward to staying there again many times in the future.
Our experience here was disappointing. First, being placed in a ground-floor room meant dealing with constant noise, which made sleeping through the night quite hard and the room was so dark as it didn't get any sunlight. Second, although the location is accessible, the surrounding neighborhood felt unpleasant. We also noticed that local shops priced items in Euros at a significant markup compared to standard rates. Finally, we found the staff to be unprofessional and unwelcoming.
