It was a perfect experience in Istanbul,
We stayed for 4 nights, the rooms were very clean and modern, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room service was exceptionally fast.
It was kinda cold but the air conditioning system was still programmed on cooling rather than heating, i called the front desk and said that i was cold, in less than 5 minutes they sent me an electrical heater and 2 blankets.
Food was delicious.
If you book this hotel make sure to book your flight to istanbul airport as it has a direct metro line that connects it with the hotel, if you book to Sabiha you need to use the metrobus after Unalan station.
This was an absolutely unacceptable experience.
We had a confirmed and fully prepaid reservation through Booking.com. After driving approximately 10 hours from Thessaloniki to Istanbul, we arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, exhausted and in a foreign country, only to be told by reception that they had no record of our booking.
We showed our confirmation, but instead of trying to help us or find a solution, the staff simply left us to deal with the problem ourselves. We were told the hotel was fully booked and were left without accommodation, despite having already paid for our stay.
What makes this even worse is that another guest was experiencing exactly the same problem that night. She also had a confirmed reservation and was left to deal with it on her own.
the way a hotel treats its guests when something goes wrong is what matters. Leaving paying guests stranded in the middle of the night after a 10-hour journey, without making any genuine effort to help, is completely unacceptable.
I have stayed in many hotels and I understand that unexpected problems can occur. But I have never experienced such a complete lack of responsibility and assistance in a situation like this.
The lack of empathy, responsibility and basic customer service from the staff was shocking.
A hotel may have problems with its booking system, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating guests this way.
This was a terrible experience, and based on how we were treated, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Avantgarde Urban Levent Hotel. The location is excellent, especially for anyone looking to explore Istanbul while staying in a modern and comfortable area. The rooms were clean, stylish, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very welcoming.
What truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the staff. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Alper and Mr. Emin for their professionalism, kindness, and continuous support throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their friendly attitude made me feel right at home.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I will definitely choose it again on my next trip.
