What a gem.
The location is outstanding—within walking distance of all the major historic sites in Istanbul. Just one block away is a lively local market that’s noticeably less expensive than the Grand Bazaar, along with wonderful neighborhood eateries and even a small kiosk for beer and Raki and other essentials.
My room was a bit small, but that’s part of the charm of staying in a beautifully preserved Ottoman-era building.
The cozy rooftop terrace quickly became my favorite place to unwind after a day of exploring.
Lokman, the owner, is incredibly accommodating, kind, and genuinely helpful. Having his WhatsApp number made everything so easy. Enes and Enesh were equally wonderful—professional, attentive, and remarkably generous. Enes would often surprise me by bringing a plate of freshly cut watermelon to enjoy on the rooftop in the evenings, while Enesh felt like the breakfast fairy, preparing a delicious, healthy traditional Turkish breakfast with such care every morning.
This is Turkish hospitality at its very best.
I wish Lokman, Enes, Enesh, and their family every happiness and success.

Haven't lived in the hotel due to the sudden tehnical problem in my room but spent here some time, and it was awesome!
Good location, 5 minutes from metro and 5 minutes from tram, 10.kinutes from ferry.

Charming, cute hotel with amazing breakfast views. Really like how friendly the hosts are including the man who does the night shift. You can take free water at the terrace with is also nice. Price quality ratio is very good too!
The hotel is very cute and authentic, located on a quiet street with no traffic, which makes the stay very peaceful.
The staff were wonderful — extremely kind and pleasant. They even provide umbrellas for guests near the front door, which was very thoughtful, especially since we stayed during winter and it rained a lot.
Breakfast was delicious and served on a lovely terrace. The room was cozy, comfortable, and felt very welcoming. Overall, a great experience and a place we would happily recommend.
Full of charm ! Hotel has the most wonderful view on Galata, the bridge, the river and city lights ! The room we had was very small. Sizing on pictures might be confusing.
