Location is great - close to the Havas bus stop. The spa and sauna are good. Breakfast - nothing special. But the worst part is the rooms, those have very thin walls, gets very very noisy in the corridor and you can hear the neighbors like they are inside your own room.
This so wonderful hotel offer everyday free cold water without forgeting free water inside of the fridge and Free Pop Up Box Tissue. And Free coffee sachet, herbal tea sachet coffee-milk mix sachet, and sugar sachet and Kettle available in the cupboard. Concerning the behaviour of all staff is do wonderful : The reception staff are so kind and do attentive, the change me the Key and give me additional Key many thanks for them 👏👏👏 Tuzla Marina is wonderful housekeeper, professional always smiling and she had so nice behavior with clients Concerning Ozcan is so serviable professional and smiling person this wonderful person is working in the restaurant.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were always clean, comfortable, and well maintained, special thanks to Mineksheh abla, who took care of our room. She was incredibly kind, warm, and always willing to help. No matter what we asked for, she always did her best with a smile. Her kindness, hard work, and positive attitude truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
I had a wonderful stay at Arts Hotel. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. A special thank you to Meneksheh, the cleaner, who did an amazing job. She was kind, professional, and kept everything spotless every day. Her attention to detail and warm attitude really made my stay more enjoyable. I highly recommend Arts Hotel and would definitely stay here again!
During our stay at Arts Hotel Taksim, the overall experience was acceptable in terms of accommodation. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for three people, and the beds were also comfortable for a short stay. However, there were several downsides that significantly affected our experience. The cleanliness was not up to standard in many areas. The lobby chairs were not very clean, and the bathrooms were also poorly maintained. Even after cleaning, the bathrooms did not feel properly sanitized or fresh. The breakfast area was the biggest issue. It is located on a mezzanine level, and because of that, the noise level was very high and extremely disturbing, especially with many guests and families with children. The atmosphere was not relaxing at all. In addition, the breakfast itself was below expectations in terms of quality and variety, and we ended up skipping it on most days. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent—just a 7-minute walk from Taksim Square were there is a metro and bus stations in the square, which is a major advantage. Overall, the hotel is more suitable for travelers who prioritize location over comfort, cleanliness, and breakfast quality.
