I had a wonderful stay at Aprilis Deluxe Hotel. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Ms. Rabia at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay, always making sure everything was taken care of. I’d also like to thank Mr. Feridun at the restaurant for his warm and attentive service. The room was spotless, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. The location is another major advantage — perfectly central, with many of Istanbul’s main historical attractions within easy walking distance. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and truly appreciated the genuine hospitality of the entire team. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Aprilis Deluxe Hotel.

I had chosen this hotel primarily because of its excellent location, just a short walk from the main tourist attractions in the Sultanahmet area. What made the experience even better, however, was how peaceful it was. I noticed it on my very first night: no noise at all, despite staying on the ground floor (Room L3), which allowed for a truly restful sleep. Beyond that, the service provided by the entire front desk team was exceptional. I would especially like to mention Abuzer, who was consistently kind, professional, and efficient, as well as his colleagues, all of whom were genuinely committed to providing the best possible service to international guests. I would also like to compliment the waiter, a middle-aged (or slightly older) gentleman who always served guests with a warm smile and remarkable enthusiasm. His attitude and dedication were on par with the finest hotels in the world—truly impressive. I highly recommend this hotel. P.S. After checking out, I realized that I had accidentally left my ring and earrings in my room. Even though I had already departed, the front desk staff stayed in close contact with me via WhatsApp, responding quickly and doing everything they could to help. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine willingness to assist made this hotel an even more trustworthy choice—one I would gladly return to and confidently recommend to other travelers.

A wonderful and cozy hotel in the heart of Istanbul's Old City. The location couldn't be better within walking distance of all the major cultural and historical landmarks, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop terrace, offering a charming place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of Istanbul. The traditional Turkish breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious local specialties served every morning. Combined with the warm hospitality and comfortable rooms, this hotel made our stay in Istanbul truly memorable. Highly recommended!
